As a Service Advisor Trainee at Hennessy, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of the service process. Your primary responsibilities will involve introducing customers to the service process, obtaining necessary information, and providing support throughout their visit.
This role is intended to help you learn the service consultation process to grow you into a service advisor. It requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing background screening incl. Verify customer and vehicle information and initiate the repair order process to ensure accurate documentation. Establish a positive and friendly relationship with customers to foster trust and confidence in the dealership's service offerings. Label vehicles with appropriate tags for identification and securely manage keys to prevent misplacement.
Perform initial vehicle walkaround including taking pictures of the dashboard, turning wheels to the left, measuring tire tread depth, inspecting wiper blades, and taking pictures of the exterior. Ensure cleanliness and protection of customer vehicles. Assist in handling customer transactions accurately and professionally.
Escort customers to their vehicles and provide a summary of services. Assist in the pickup and delivery of customers and their vehicles. Facilitate loaner vehicle contracts and manage the check-in process as needed. All other duties as assigned.
