Being an IHG members since years this was the most awful experience. The hotel is under renovation which was not informed prior to the booking, I only got to know when I checked into the hotel. After raising this concern with front desk I was informed that the hotel is under renovation , the room shown in the picture is not available.
This was on 16th April Sunday and I was not late for the breakfast, well in time. To my surprise I was told that in the restaurant they only have some snacks available.
I again went to front desk and they suggested ordering food from outside. If you are not fully functional then you shouldn't be taking bookings during the renovation period.
