This is me and this is my authentic offering to the world. I am passionate about helping people live a joyous, full, abundant and vital life. I want to see a world where people feel comfortable and alive in their bodies. I want to take the time to deepen into knowing what you really want, where you're at and how I can help.
I have been immersed in the world of wellness and body-based therapies since I was 19 and I work between two worlds, the seen and unseen. I believe we need to have strong, capable, well-functioning bodies and I offer physical practices that have helped me embody that. I also believe we need to be soft and gentle with ourselves, to know what is happening in the unseen layers of the body, to live authentically, heal from trauma and move forward with what gives us meaning.
I hold space for that. I love to teach and I am ever evolving and learning and bringing you the resources I have gleaned, so that we can all resource ourselves. So that we can find what we need in our roots, at our doorsteps, in the well of our own hearts.
Be it through Yoga, Breathwork, Massage, Movement, or connecting to others and nature, I am passionate about helping others find their way toward living an aligned and embodied life. Diploma of Remedial Massage including sports massage and lymphatic drainage - I engage in ongoing professional development each year through workshops, courses and trainings in Bodywork, Yoga, Movement, Breathwork and somatic education.
