Police said they have charged a man with attempted murder following a stabbing in Kissimmee. Investigators said they believe Luis Rafael Lugo, 19, stabbed his father with a large kitchen knife at their Creekmont Lane home early Saturday morning.
According to a charging affidavit, Lugo stabbed his father in the neck and back seven times. After talking to witnesses and collecting evidence, detectives decided to charge Lugo with attempted first degree murder.
