Persons with reduced mobility, stretcher occupants and persons with vision or hearing impairment have priority boarding, will be accompanied by airport staff free of charge and will receive any necessary assistance from check-in to boarding.
Unaccompanied children are children aged 5—12 who travel alone and are under the special care of the air carrier. All travel regulations and documents required for transporting unaccompanied children are defined by the air carrier. If there is a need for unaccompanied travel, please contact the air carrier you are booking the flight with. Unaccompanied children will be accompanied by airport staff until boarding. The parent or accompanying person must stay at the airport until the aircraft has taken off.
Infants from 7 days to 2 years of age do not occupy a separate seat, but travel in the lap of an adult person. However, they get their own plane ticket. When booking a flight, make sure to point out that you are travelling with an infant and state their date of birth.
You may also book a separate seat for an infant, which is charged at the child fare. In that case, you must use an airline-approved infant car seat. If you are travelling with children under the age of 2, you may carry a collapsible stroller or a car seat free of charge.
You can check them in with the airport staff when boarding the plane, but you must notify the airport staff about that when checking-in.
