Interior Designer. I ordered hanging man mirror. I was kept well informed about delivery date. Pleased with fun design. Like getting blood from a stone trying to get a refund. They have a customer services telephone number, not matter when you ring nobody answers it.
Emails are not replied to. Returned the items tr acked at my expense which I have no issue with so I know the goods were received back to them. I will update on here if I ever get my refund See more.
My item arrived damaged and my emails are being completely ignored. I did receive an initial email back which was a very short and impersonal message but have had no follow up since even though I have emailed to chase. At no point has anyone said sorry which is baffling. For the price point, the customer service is shocking and I am now considering raising a charge back with my bank due to the lack of follow up.
I also called to chase up and was told to just wait. Will never ever shop here again. Arrived ahead of expected delivery date, brilliant. Packaged well so undamaged, brilliant.
