The short fit an inside leg measurement of 27" x 69cm, the regular is 29" x 74cm, the long is 31" x 79cm, the XL tall is 33" x 84cm and the XXL tall is 35" x 89cm.

I find them true to size, very comfortable and a good length. They don't feel stiff as some jeans do. Comfy to have on all day.
