Hi, I am moving to the Binghamton University area. I was trying to find an apartment for a family--at least a 3 bedroom-- in a nice and safe neighborhood. I dont find any online when I search! Can anyone suggest any? I see only one "twin" 3 bedroom house for rent in Endwell just across the river from Binghamton U. That listing was advertised in the local newspaper, the Binghamton Press and Sun Bulletin. I would suggest calling some real estate offices to see if they have any house rentals available.
You could also place an ad in this newspaper under the heading, "wanted to rent. Binghamton New York News - pressconnects. Thanks for the quick update Wells.
In that case even a two bedroom but with 2 bath will be good. I dont even find that. The best I can find is 1. Any suggestions for 2 bed two bath? There are quite a few apartment complexes in the Bingo area. Some may not be to your liking but phone the individual rental offices to see if any 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments will be available in the next few weeks or months.
People moving on May 31 usually must give 2 months notice of moving out so April 1st will be a good time to check. See below. Last edited by ckhthankgod; at PM.. Thanks All for the responses.
