The staff at Reception were helpful, cheerful and highly efficient while appearing to be relaxed and laid back. I am an english speaker with a little french. The staff were most helpful in bridging any language gap. The room was clean and well appointed, the bathroom facilities first rate and the window opened!! I am sorry this hotel is in Marseille and consequently I will not have many opportunities to stay there.
