According to WFMJ, year-old Jingmei Feng was taken into custody after she allegedly offered to perform sexual acts in exchange for payment to an undercover agent. She was later arrested on charges of soliciting and offering massages without a license, per WFMJ. Using a Chinese interpreter, Feng allegedly told authorities that she entered the United States through the Mexican border and eventually became a sex-for-hire worker in the State of New York before learning from an ad that she could make more money working elsewhere, WFMJ reported.
The year-old told police that she was picked up by a van, which brought her from Flushing, New York to Youngstown, where she offered sex for money at the spa under the "Sasha," per the outlet.
According to WKBN, it is the second time that the suspected illegal massage parlor has been shut down by authorities. Feng's arrest comes just a week after authorities shut down a "foot spa" in Canfield, Ohio, and took a year-old woman into custody.
