Location of this hotel is at best, metro station, subway, tram station, bus station and E-bike stations are just within m like 1 minute walking in all directions. You will have all options to travel to anywhere in Paris without Bolt, Uber. We didn't have breakfast there so can't say much about that.
Rooms are tiny as compared to other countries but that's common in France, you will find the same size room everywhere in every hotel. We stayed in Amsterdam and they also had the same size room. So rooms should not be an issue for anyone. A bit noisy because of the tram running outside but if you have enjoyed Paris the whole day then your tired body won't recognise the noise.

Hotel places met from Metro and in walking distance to couple of attractions. Our best recommendation and we will always consider to stay here again, however not in the winter season. The room is a little bit cold and after some adjustments it was slightly warmer but not so much so it was nice, the only disadvantage for our stay. Firstly, the price was fantastic.
The location is close to a Metro station and a bus stop. It is only 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower by Metro. It is also close to the train station by bus. The reception area was welcoming they also spoke good English.
