This means you can use as much or as little sauna and cold plunge as you wish. We want you to take advantage of the lounge, also, to just be here. First of all, we want you to be comfortable. Typically, bathing suits or quick-dry athletic clothing works well.
Make sure the clothing does not have any plastic material or metal as it will heat up in the sauna. Nudity is not permitted. We provide robes and towels. We are more than happy to make your gathering private.
