There were no rooms that allowed for three adults, but it was so cheap that I was fine spending points per night for two rooms. If I value Hyatt points at 1. It was very quiet when we arrived and the staff was willing to store our bags in what appeared to be an unused meeting room.
At least it was locked up. My basic Discoverist status was recognized and we were given a drink coupon for each room. On the ground floor was a cafe that seemed to be open maybe only for breakfast and lunch. Our rooms were not together although they were on the same floor, which was helpful. The hotel has quite an industrial look throughout the lobby and the guest rooms.
I loved the gorgeous wood floors in the room. The ceiling had exposed beams and ductwork. One friend and I had a twin room.
Our Hyatt duck had a nice view of appears to be a fairly industrial section of the city. We had a table and a single chair in the corner. The lap desk provided at the end of my bed lived on that table during our stay. The flat-screen TV was nice but we turned it off when we arrived and never turned it back on.
There was an easily-accessible electrical outlet on each side of the bed but no USB outlet. On the right side of the room were a couple of hanging racks as well as this shelving unit. The mini-fridge was empty but there was a safe, which is always appreciated.
