Date: On Friday, November 15, , from to , a panel discussion on the circular economy will take place with the participation of the Ljubljana Technology Park as the coordinator of Horizontal Priority 4 for the circular economy. The panel discussion entitled "Could the Alpine Region become a model region for circular economy?
The European Union is already playing a leading role in promoting sustainable production and consumption, but various obstacles such as economic and regulatory barriers, consumer behaviour and limited infrastructure are making the transition slower than we would like.
In this panel, Dr. Jernej Pintar, Director of the Ljubljana Technology Park, will present the main starting points and discuss with experts the role of the EUSALP in supporting the Alpine region as a role model for the transition from a linear to a circular economy.
