As a certified Oracle Card reader, Eva blends her passions to create impactful classes that facilitate self-discovery. She is excited to offer specialized workshops for the Wellness Studio and Dayton communities, focusing on practical tools for spiritual practice and the integration of spirituality into daily life.
She uses Kundalini Yoga as an everyday practice to connect with and strengthen her own life source. Katie believes we are each our own most potent healer and strives to provide the space and practice for each student to connect with their own inner wisdom and source by using trauma informed language which invites sovereignty for each practitioner.
