If you have previously received services from Indigo, please create an account using the email that you provided at your first appointment and your name should be recognized by the system.
Please note that a credit card, debit card, or gift card number is required to book an appointment and the only way to assure your reservation is complete. You are not required to prepay for the service. We require a card to reserve the appointment and to support our cancellation policy see below.
If you are booking a prenatal massage through the online appointment scheduler, please be sure to indicate in the notes section how far along in your pregnancy you are so that we can have the room prepared to meet your needs. If you are booking a couples massage through the online appointment scheduler, please schedule two individual massages for the exact same time. If you are not seeing times for two appts at the same time, please call us as sometimes we can create possibilities that are not available online.
We require at least hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We need hours notice as we are appointment only and it allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to others.
