Our spacious pods are filled with ten inches of water and 1, pounds of epsom salt, creating a buoyancy effect. This experience helps to relieve pain, physical and emotional stress, and improves sleep, mood, and overall health and well being. Closing the lid and having the lights off creates an immersive sensory deprivation effect, but we always adjust the experience to your comfort level.
Relax in our zero gravity chairs and start absorbing the beneficial negative ions from the surrounding Himalayan Salt. Our salt room features a dimly lit ambience, meditative music, and Halotherapy. Halotherapy crushes miniscule particles of salt into the air. Breathing these in are wonderful for the respiratory system, blood pressure, skin health, and improved sleep performance. The tranquility and ease you feel in our Salt Room carries with you even after you leave our little salty oasis of bliss.
